I’ll definitely take more classes from Defensive Concepts North Carolina and can heartily recommend the defensive carbine class to anyone serious about using a carbine/pistol to protect their themselves.

Overall this was one of the best classes that I have attended from DCNC to date, or maybe it's just that their classes are like a piece of ass, the best one was the last one you had, either way I would recommend it highly to anyone considering a carbine class.

This class was awesome! Far better and far more fun that I had expected going in. The course was very well thought out, instructors were very well prepared, and I thought the whole thing was put together in a very safe manner.

I really feel like everything I thought I knew got balled up and tossed right out the window. I went to the class thinking I had my rifle and my shooting skills squared away and I found out the hard way they weren't. This class was intense to say the least. If you have never moved and shot, you have no idea what you're missing.
Steve, Chris, and Paul each have a unique way to train and get your attention. Seperately they are great, together they are amazing. Each one adding his own personal expertice and "advice" should you make a mistake.
I would recommend this class to anyone serious about wanting to learn. These guys know their stuff. Listen to what TangBang had to say, if you think you are squared away, this class will let you know real quick.

Kat called me tonight after finishing the CCW class. She was EXTREMELY pleased with what you guys did for her. I told her you guys were top notch and you proved it. She couldn't stop talking about how much fun she had and how much she learned. I knew you guys would be the best choice for her and you didn't let me down. I'm not bullshitting when I say I recommend you guys to EVERYONE. I just wish you could have heard her when she described the class. You guys are kicking ass and taking names. I wish you all the best in '09 and hope to see you all soon.

I wanted to thank you guys for facilitating today's class. I learned a lot more from both of you than what was covered by the required CCH (I even remembered to not use CCW) handbook.
Jamie & I were both impressed with your knowledge and ability to take dry text/bow tie guy videos and keep it interesting throughout the day. We know there is a lot more that we need to learn and when we are ready, we know that we would prefer to receive the training from you.

The class was awesome. Chris and I agreed that it was well worth the price of admission. I feel much more confident with my firearm. There are a number of places that I need improvement, and you weren't scared to tell me when I screwed up. That's refreshing. No PC bullcrap patting me on the back when I knew I could do better.

I would like to take a moment to thank you guys again. I took the conceal carry class about a year ago. I really enjoyed the class and the instruction. I have recently graduated from rookie school to be a police officer. I just wanted to let you guys know that out of 20 people in school, I qualified #1 in the class with an average of 98.6%. I really hope to take some more classes with you guys in the future. Also, I highly recommend Defensive Concepts to all people I run into wanting to take classes that deal with firearms and other defensive tactics. Once again thanks for everything. Also thanks for keeping me updated on all of the classes that you offer.
